Requirements

• At least one year of glass installation experience; glass cutting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic tools of the trade.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be insurable to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels.
• Comfort with heights, ladders, and lifts.
• Comfort using mobile technology and digital software.
• Prior job experience must be verifiable through reference checks.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measurements.
• Reliable attendance and ability to complete jobs on schedule.
