About The Position

The Installer for Construction Resources is responsible for the proper installation of various types of glass and mirrors, as well as wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware. The role requires the ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors, and enclosures; excellent customer service and communication skills; and a willingness to work as part of a team with a Crew Leader. This is an onsite role in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment; additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalency.
• Experience in the construction or carpentry industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors, and enclosures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team environment with a Crew Leader.

Nice To Haves

• Prior glass work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and log materials onto the truck and document returned materials.
• Read and erect shelving templates according to job specifications.
• Drill and install hardware accurately according to job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly according to job specifications.
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units, and install mirrors.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
