About The Position

The Glass Installer for Construction Resources is responsible for properly installing various types of glass and mirrors, as well as enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware. The role requires the ability to cut and safely handle glass and mirrors, follow job specifications, and provide excellent customer service. The Installer works in a team environment with a Crew Leader and is required to work onsite in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment; further details are provided during the interview process.

This is a full-time position. Overtime is required as business needs dictate. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time, with or without notice.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalency.
• Experience in the construction or carpentry industry.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors, enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team environment with a Crew Leader.

Nice To Haves

• Prior glass work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto the truck, log them, and document returned materials.
• Read and erect shelving templates according to job specifications.
• Drill and install hardware accurately according to job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly according to job specifications.
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units, and install mirrors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
