About The Position

The Glass Installer for Construction Resources is responsible for properly installing glass and mirrors, as well as handling and installing enclosures, wire shelving, bath accessories, and door hardware. The position requires the ability to cut and handle glass and mirrors, provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with a Crew Leader in a team environment.

This is an onsite, full-time W-2 employee position paid on a piece-rate basis. Overtime may be required as business needs dictate. The role is based in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment; further details are provided during the interview process.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction or carpentry industry.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Ability to cut and properly handle glass, mirrors, and enclosures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team environment with a Crew Leader.

Nice To Haves

• Prior glass work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and log materials onto the truck and document returned materials.
• Read and erect shelving templates according to job specifications.
• Drill and install all hardware accurately according to job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly according to job specifications.
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units, and install mirrors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
