About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Lead Field Technician to oversee part-time cleaning staff and ensure high-quality service across multiple client sites. This role involves traveling between locations, maintaining cleaning standards, and supporting daily operations.

Requirements

Experience operating a floor buffer (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required for travel between sites)
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities

Responsibilities
