About The Position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical support experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft O365 products.
• Ability to understand technology processes and tools and use them to improve technology efforts.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for frequent business travel within the assigned geographic market.
• Responsibility for vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance; the company provides mileage reimbursement.
• Applicants must not now or in the future require employment sponsorship by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to computer system users.
• Answer questions and resolve computer problems in person, by telephone, or remotely.
• Assist users with computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, office productivity, electronic mail, and operating systems.
• Perform assigned jobsite mobilization and demobilization as directed by the Regional Manager.
• Manage several tasks simultaneously and use technology processes and tools to improve technology efforts.
