As an Operations Supervisor within PNC's AR Advantage Operations organization, you will be based in Mount Laurel, NJ. The work schedule for this role is Sunday,- Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. This role oversees operations workflow and owns the execution of transactions/processes. It involves managing direct reports on the operations team and being responsible for achieving desired business results. The supervisor assists team members with escalated issues, and may process and/or reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value in accordance with established policies and procedures. They may partner internally to resolve escalations and provide guidance, and interact with external customers and third parties in completing transactions or resolving escalated issues. Key aspects include providing coaching and development to team members, leading team meetings and continuous improvement sessions, and offering consultation and advice to service partners and customers. The supervisor may lead improvement initiatives, update standard operating procedures, and participate in or oversee projects. They review transactions and/or reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and ensure compliance, while also managing and being accountable for risk mitigation activities and verifying the completeness and accuracy of procedures. Requirements

  • Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions (Customer Focused).

Responsibilities
