Requirements

• Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledgeable on current processes and procedures, promotions, coupons, and any other necessary information
• Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
• Flexibility to move between tasks based on business need and balance competing priorities
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Ontime and prepared to work before the scheduled start time

Responsibilities

• Make sure the right technicians get to the right jobs on time, prepared, and informed
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional, memorable image
• Make outbound calls to book, confirm, reschedule, and survey existing and potential customers
• Maximize opportunities through dispatching processes and adhering to the company expectations and goals
• Support for overflow from Customer Service Representatives
