About The Position
360care is seeking a General Dentist to provide care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with a focus on geriatric and underserved communities. The role is offered as a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling based on the dentist’s availability. There are no evening or weekend shifts. The dentist makes clinical decisions and provides care, while 360care supports logistics, equipment, scheduling, billing, administrative needs, and care coordination. The dentist provides comprehensive preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontic care, and oral surgery; documents procedures and treatment in the EMR; follows established standards and protocols; and supervises Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists as part of the care team. 360care provides a trained Dental Assistant, portable equipment and supplies, office and care coordination support, and field mentorship from a Clinical Director.
Requirements
- Be a Dentist with a DDS or DMD in good standing.

- Excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
- Provide comprehensive dental care in preventive dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Document procedures and treatment using the EMR system.
- Follow established standards, protocols, and practices.
- Supervise the Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist and work with them as a team.
