Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned practice operated by its original founding dentist and has been in practice for over 20 years. The organization provides general dentistry in modern, top-quality facilities and serves communities with an added focus on helping underserved patients. Dentists have autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, and access to mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. The office is fully digital and paperless, and dentists have discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee. The average compensation for this practice ranges from $275,000 to $315,000+, with a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. Benefits include paid vacation time, continuing education, malpractice reimbursement, visa and permanent residency sponsorship, health and vision insurance, and dental coverage for associates and their immediate family members.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry across all avenues of general dental care.
- Treat patients’ dental problems.
- Help provide top-quality dentistry to the communities served, including underserved patients.
