About The Position

Fremont Family Dentistry is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in Fremont, Indiana. The practice offers clinical independence within a dentist-led organization, with operational and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care. Compensation is listed at $180,000–$360,000 USD, with a sign-on bonus available. The dentist will diagnose dental conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, perform preventive and restorative procedures, educate patients, build lasting patient relationships, collaborate with the dental team, and uphold clinical, ethical, and compliance standards. Support includes scheduling, marketing, HR, billing, revenue cycle management, modern technology, continuing education through Elite Dental University, mentorship from Regional Dental Directors, and growth opportunities through the EliteVantage program.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active State Dental License in good standing.
Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
