About The Position
The Associate Dentist at PDS Health provides high-quality, comprehensive dental care while prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes. The role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals and offers mentorship from Owner Dentists, continuing education, access to advanced technology, and collaboration with in-house specialists and integrated healthcare providers. Clinicians are expected to align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes. PDS Health also offers a path to practice ownership.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Expand clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
