About The Position
Dental Dreams is a dentist-owned practice founded by a dentist and operating for over 20 years. The practice provides general dentistry in modern, top-quality facilities and serves communities with an added focus on helping underserved populations. Dentists treat a broad range of dental problems and can receive mentorship and training from experienced clinicians. The role offers complete autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, a fully digital and paperless office, and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average practice compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry and treat a broad range of dental problems.
- Make treatment-planning decisions with complete autonomy.
- Provide top-quality dental care to members of the communities served, including underserved populations.
