About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care within a patient-centric team. The role offers clinical autonomy and leadership while Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support, including finance, IT, marketing, billing, HR, call center, and learning and development services. Dentists have access to advanced technology, training, and an opportunity to pursue practice ownership through the Practice Ownership Program. Compensation is listed at $180,000–$215,000 per year. Location-specific offers include a $15,000 signing incentive, a $5,000 relocation stipend, and paid live implant training. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.
