About The Position

Tran Dental, LLC is hiring an Associate Dentist in Duluth, Minnesota. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care while Aspen Dental provides business and administrative support. The advertised salary is $234,000 per year.

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. They receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree, or equivalent.
• Current license to practice dentistry in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality dental care while adhering to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Educate patients about oral health and treatment options.
• Complete comprehensive full-mouth examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
• Discuss treatment-planning options with patients and carry out agreed clinical treatments.
• Maintain and update patients’ medical records.
• Keep current with developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional development.
• Perform surgical dental procedures, including simple and complex extractions of impacted and non-impacted wisdom teeth.
