About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a growing, multi-location dental practice serving communities in Federal Way, Washington. The opportunity is suited to both recent graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians looking for a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The practice emphasizes collaboration, patient care, clinical excellence, learning, and long-term career growth. Dentists receive hands-on mentorship from senior doctors for advanced procedures, including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions, implants, root canals, and conscious IV sedation. The practice offers access to a large and diverse patient base and advanced technology, including CBCT imaging.

Compensation includes a daily guarantee of $650–$900, depending on experience, for the first 90 days, followed by 30% of collections. Additional offerings include mentorship and career advancement opportunities, in-house dental benefits, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
