About The Position

River Run Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to provide care at its Libbie Mills, Virginia location. This full-time position offers a full patient schedule in an established, thriving practice with updated offices, modern digital technology, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth. The role is four days per week, with working hours listed as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a Thursday off; the schedule description repeats Thursday as both an off day and a workday.

The practice emphasizes exceptional patient care, strong patient relationships, teamwork, and a positive professional culture. The associate will have clinical mentorship from experienced senior doctors, continuing education opportunities, a pathway to partnership, and operational, marketing, and administrative support.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Virginia dental license or eligibility for licensure.
