About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an Associate Dentist to provide exceptional patient care while the organization handles business and administrative tasks. The role offers a daily rate of $1,000 and PRN scheduling. Dentists work with a patient-centric team, exercise clinical judgment and leadership, and provide care according to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism. The position also includes access to continuing education, training, technology, and business support through Aspen Dental's network. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality care to all patients while adhering to high standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment-planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of developments in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
