About The Position

The role offers financial security and job stability through the support of a dental service organization, along with competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, learning and development, and administrative support so the dentist can focus on patient care. The stated annual salary range is $200,000–$230,000, with a location-specific signing incentive of $15,000. The dentist will work with a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership. Responsibilities include examining and diagnosing patients, discussing treatment options, delivering high-quality clinical care, maintaining professional standards, continuing to develop dental skills, and representing Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community. The role offers access to continuing education, surgical training, practice ownership opportunities, and support in business and administrative functions. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists and receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc.
