About The Position

Great Expressions Dental Centers is hiring a Lead General Dentist for an established practice in Monticello, New York. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule with flexibility in the number of workdays and no weekend work. Compensation includes a $1,000 daily guarantee and tiered production compensation of 34–36% based on monthly production. The posting lists annual earning potential of $250,000–$350,000+ and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The practice is a busy, seven-operatory digital, multi-specialty office offering general, pediatric, and periodontic dentistry. It has Panorex imaging with VideaAI technology, nitrous, a Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont. The dentist will have clinical autonomy over diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, supported by an office manager, hygienist, assistants, and care coordinators. The established practice sees more than 40 new patients per month and approximately 12 patients per day.
