A busy, established PPO/FFS practice in Northern California is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its growing team. The practice has served its community for decades and offers immediate patient flow, a loyal patient base, and strong earning potential for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive bread-and-butter dentistry. The position includes a built-in schedule from day one, an experienced support team, and expanded-function assistants. The role offers a four-day work week and opportunities for continuing education and professional development. Annual earning potential is $325,000–$375,000+.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active California license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
