About The Position

The position offers recent dental graduates and experienced professionals the opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care while developing their clinical skills and careers. Associate Dentists receive mentorship from Owner Dentists and work in a collaborative, integrated healthcare environment with advanced technology and extensive continuing education. The role also offers a path to practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care while prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Develop clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
• Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
• Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
