Espire Dental is seeking a patient-centric, full-time Dentist to join its growing team in La Mesa, California. The practice aims to provide high-quality, innovative care in a warm, personalized environment and emphasizes patient trust, team collaboration, continuous learning, and positive patient outcomes. The Dentist will assess patients’ oral health, provide treatment using current practices and technology, build relationships with patients and team members, and participate in continuing education and Study Club. The role is described as experienced and requires a valid state dental license. Compensation is listed as $250,000–$400,000 commission per year.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screening procedures and assess oral health conditions.
- Review patients’ health histories.

- Participate in continuing education and Study Club.
- Build trusting, personal relationships with patients and team members.
