About The Position

Three Two Three Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice in Santa Clarita built around the philosophy “Hygiene Elevated. Dentistry Celebrated.” The practice does not accept insurance and emphasizes care without volume pressure or compromises. Its patients are loyal, and its team has been together for 4 to 10 years. Founder Dr. Brian Edwards is moving into the CEO role to expand the Three Two Three model beyond Santa Clarita and is seeking a dentist to lead the clinical side as the practice grows.

This is a Lead Associate Dentist role with a defined path to Clinical Director and practice ownership for the right person. The position focuses on comprehensive restorative and esthetic dentistry, including veneers, full smile design, crowns, bridges, and implant restorations. The dentist will lead treatment planning and case presentation, partner with hygienists, build relationships with established patients, and help shape clinical standards for the flagship practice and future locations. The practice refers out extractions, endodontics, implant placement, and sedation, though candidates with those skills are welcome.

The successful candidate is a licensed general dentist with 3 to 10 years of experience in private practice or corporate dentistry. They should be clinically confident, warm with patients, value hygienists as clinical partners, and invest in continuing education or be open to pathways such as Kois, Spear, Pankey, LVI, or AACD. The practice seeks someone interested in a long-term home of 10 to 20 years and based near Santa Clarita or willing to relocate; relocation will be provided.

The role offers the opportunity to practice without production quotas or insurance schedules, receive new patients and comprehensive cases, pursue ownership upside without building a practice from scratch, and help design a new flagship office with a clinical education and events center.

Requirements

• Licensed General Dentist.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in private practice or corporate dentistry.
• Clinically confident and tired of being limited by volume expectations.
• Invests in their craft through continuing education, or is open to pathways such as Kois, Spear, Pankey, LVI, or AACD.
• Warm with patients and comfortable building personal relationships with them.
• Sees hygienists as clinical partners, not a support function.
• Looking for a 10 to 20 year home rather than a stepping stone.
• Based near Santa Clarita or open to relocating.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or skills in extractions, endodontics, implant placement, or sedation.
• Interest in continuing education pathways such as Kois, Spear, Pankey, LVI, or AACD.
