About The Position

The company focuses on providing high-quality dentistry to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and are offered mentorship and training. The role offers autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, a fully digital and paperless office, and discretion over dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited U.S. dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry services across all avenues of general dentistry.
- Treat patients’ dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete autonomy.
- Serve members of the communities Dental Dreams serves, including underserved populations.
