About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) network specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. The licensed Pediatric Dentist will join a collaborative surgical team in Columbus, Ohio, working alongside dentists, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, registered dental assistants, and other surgical professionals to deliver safe, high-quality, accessible care. This is a full-time opportunity scheduled for three or more days per week. The dentist performs restorative and exodontia procedures in an ASC setting and typically treats approximately seven pediatric patients during a standard operating-room day. The role has no on-call responsibilities and does not require weekend or holiday shifts.

Requirements

Licensed Pediatric Dentist with appropriate state dental licensure.
Experience working with pediatric patients.
Current BLS certification.
AHA or equivalent PALS certification within six months of hire.
Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional pediatric patient care.

Nice To Haves

National Board Certification is strongly preferred.
Comfort practicing across anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.
