About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) network in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia. The licensed Pediatric Dentist will join a collaborative surgical team focused on safe, high-quality, accessible care, working alongside dentists, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, registered dental assistants, and other surgical professionals.

This is a full-time position scheduled for three or more days per week. The dentist performs restorative and exodontia procedures in an ASC, typically treating approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical operating-room day. The role includes close collaboration with the anesthesia and surgical teams and a patient-centered focus on safety, quality, and compassionate care. There are no call responsibilities, weekend shifts, or holiday shifts.

Requirements

• Licensed Pediatric Dentist with appropriate state dental licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification within six months of hire.

• National Board Certification is strongly preferred.
• Comfort practicing across a range of anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models.
