About The Position
Dental Dreams is dentist-owned and operated by its original founding dentist and has been in practice for over 20 years. The organization focuses on providing high-quality dentistry to the communities it serves, including underserved populations. Dentists perform all avenues of general dentistry and treat a wide range of dental problems. The role offers clinical autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule, mentorship and training from experienced clinicians, and work in a fully digital, paperless office. Dentists may choose their dental supplies and instruments. Compensation includes a permanent daily minimum guarantee, an average compensation range of $275,000–$315,000+, and a sign-on bonus of up to $50,000. Benefits include paid vacation, continuing education, malpractice reimbursement, visa and permanent residency sponsorship, health and vision insurance, and dental coverage for associates and their immediate family members.
Requirements
- A current or future dental license is required.
- DDS or DMD in Dentistry from an accredited US dental program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dentistry across all avenues of clinical practice.
- Evaluate and treat patients’ dental problems.
- Develop treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
- Deliver top-quality dentistry to members of the communities served, with an added focus on underserved populations.
