About The Position

ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance is a locally owned and independently operated ServiceMaster Clean franchise providing commercial janitorial and facility support services. The Custodian/Janitor helps create clean and comfortable work environments for customers by performing a variety of cleaning duties and maintaining different flooring surfaces. The position is part-time, on the second shift, from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust facilities.
  • Clean restrooms.
  • Clean, maintain, and restore flooring surfaces, including carpet, vinyl, ceramic tile, and concrete.
  • Use industry equipment to clean and maintain flooring.
