About The Position

The Head Custodian maintains assigned areas, including classrooms and other spaces, to the prescribed standard of cleanliness by following standardized procedures. The role also involves eliminating and/or reporting hazardous and dangerous conditions and helping ensure the uninterrupted and comfortable operation of the school. The position is listed for a 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• All required clearances must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s mandated criteria for hire.

Nice To Haves

• Appropriate experience in janitorial work is desired.
