About The Position

The GTM Curriculum Developer oversees the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational objectives. This role focuses on creating the overarching structure and strategy for larger programs, providing a cohesive framework for instructional designers to develop individual courses. Leveraging an outcome-based approach, the Curriculum Developer ensures all program components are aligned with measurable learning and business goals. You will work remotely and report to Enablement Leadership as part of the Learning Strategy & Design team. #LI-Remote

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum program development, education, instructional design, or learning & development.
  • Proven experience designing and managing large-scale learning programs.
  • Strong familiarity with outcome-based instructional design approaches, such as backwards design.
  • Expertise in instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning taxonomies (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple program components.
  • Proficiency with eLearning technologies, LMS platforms, and collaborative tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on designing programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to guide and align teams toward a cohesive vision for complex learning programs.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency across program components.
  • Adaptive and innovative in addressing challenges and integrating new learning methods.
  • Experience using AI and AI-related technologies, ready to thrive here.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the structure of large-scale training programs (NEO and beyond) ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and desired outcomes.
  • Define program-level objectives and outcomes, ensuring clear alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with instructional designers to provide program frameworks and guidance for course development.
  • Ensure all courses within a program align with the overarching learning outcomes and program goals.
  • Collaborate on the sequencing of courses and content to create logical, learner-friendly pathways.
  • Act as the program owner, coordinating development timelines, deliverables, and resources across the team.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all program components.
  • Provide feedback and support to instructional designers to ensure adherence to program vision and standards.
  • Apply backwards design principles to align program structure with measurable outcomes.
  • Develop evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness and impact, leveraging data and feedback to make improvements.
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable results that support both learner success and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to ensure programs meet strategic and operational needs.
  • Communicate program vision, objectives, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches into program development.
  • Regularly review and refine program structures to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Identifies ways to integrate AI into improving development of program, automation of learner movement through program, and other areas identified where AI would have meaningful impact.
  • Uses Glean, chatGPT, builds Bots or Agents to further refine and create efficiency and precision in role responsibilities.
