About The Position

CMT Services Inc. is a small business supporting Federal, State, and Local government agencies. The Curriculum Developer designs, develops, and delivers curriculum in in-person, online, and blended formats, and serves as the team's resource on instructional systems design (ISD) best practices. This is a full-time, on-site position in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
• At least 4 years of curriculum development or instructional design experience.
• Experience with ADDIE or similar instructional systems design models.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum to support program training needs.
• Build in-person, online, and blended learning, and select appropriate learning technology for each audience.
• Review and assess existing education and training courses, and recommend improvements.
• Instruct and advise personnel on ISD best practices.
• Develop assessments and evaluation tools that measure learning outcomes.
