About The Position

The Statistician II analyzes and interprets survey data and works with the survey methodologist to ensure sampling and statistical methods produce reliable results for decision makers. The position is on-site in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
• Minimum of 4 years of statistical analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, SPSS, or Stata.

Nice To Haves

• Survey research or sampling experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret survey data.
• Compile reports, charts, and tables using established statistical methods.
• Work with the survey methodologist on sampling that supports quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Validate data quality and document methods and assumptions.
• Take part in technical briefings to survey stakeholders.
