About The Position
Crete Solutions LLC is seeking dependable CDL drivers to join its ready-mix team in the Carolinas. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys driving, and understands reliability in the construction industry. Drivers safely operate concrete mixer trucks and deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites. The company emphasizes safety, respect, well-maintained equipment, and professional communication. Drivers are home daily and have Sundays off.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Safety-focused mindset.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Concrete mixer or other relevant driving experience; experience is preferred, though the company is willing to consider solid drivers with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck.
- Deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and plant teams.
- Represent the company professionally on job sites.
