About The Position
Crete Solutions LLC is seeking dependable CDL drivers to join its growing ready-mix team in the Carolinas. This role involves safely operating a concrete mixer truck and delivering concrete to residential and commercial job sites. The company describes a safety-focused, respectful team environment and offers newer, well-maintained equipment, daily home time, weekly pay, and a monthly bonus incentive of up to $400. Drivers have Sundays off and receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and life insurance. Experience is preferred, but the company is willing to consider solid drivers with the right attitude.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Safety-focused mindset.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience driving a concrete mixer or other relevant driving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck.
- Deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and plant teams.
- Represent the company professionally on job sites.
