About The Position
Crete Solutions LLC is seeking dependable CDL drivers to join its growing ready-mix team in the Carolinas. The role involves operating a concrete mixer truck and delivering concrete to residential and commercial construction sites. The company emphasizes safety, respect, reliable equipment, honest communication, and treating drivers as valued team members. Drivers are home daily and have Sundays off. Pay is weekly, with a monthly bonus incentive of up to $400.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.

- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Concrete mixer or other relevant driving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck.
- Deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and plant teams.
- Represent the company professionally on job sites.
