About The Position

Requirements

• Experience working in the type of environment in relation to Greens & Grounds is a plus
• Willingness to work outside in inclement weather conditions
• Ability to operate all gas powered maintenance equipment with safety first and awareness of golfer safety
• Good history of attendance
• Willing to work as a team and demonstrate professional work ethic
• Ability to follow directions and work with others to the HCC maintenance standards
• Ability to use various types of tools (edgers, rotary mowers, hand blowers, weed trimmers, and fly mowers)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the facility
• Ability to communicate to all Managers including mechanics
• Respectful of others and able to work the schedule posted by Managers
• Personable, self-motivated, and positive
• Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented
• Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the Green & Grounds program
• Operate all maintenance equipment
• Maintain safety and proficiency while operating equipment
• Tend to the G&G facility as needed
