About The Position

The Equipment Operator drives and operates a reach truck or fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack products in the warehouse and dock. The role also reviews documents and records information to verify product quantity, identity, availability, and condition. As assigned, the operator performs loader, order-filler, and packer duties, and is expected to be open to cross-training for multiple positions. This position is open to internal candidates only; external applicants will not be considered.

Requirements

At least 1 year of equipment experience.
Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a reach truck or fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack products within the warehouse and dock.
Review documents and record information, verifying product quantity, identity, availability, and condition.
Perform loader duties as assigned, moving and loading freight manually.
Perform order-filler duties as assigned.
Perform packer duties as assigned.
Be open to cross-training for multiple positions.
