About The Position

This on-site, first-shift Equipment Operator position is open to internal candidates only. The role operates reach trucks or fork trucks to select, pull, sort, and stack products in the warehouse and dock. The operator reviews documents and records information to verify product quantity, identity, availability, and condition. Assigned work may also include manual freight loading, order filling, and packing. The employee must be open to cross-training for multiple positions.

Requirements

At least 1 year of equipment experience.
Willing and able to work at heights using ladders or lifts to access areas of the plant.
Be at least 18 years old.
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work in various warehouse weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
Background check and pre-employment drug test are required.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate a reach truck or fork truck to select, pull, sort, and stack product within the warehouse and dock.
Review documents and record information, verifying product quantity, identity, availability, and condition.
Perform loader duties as assigned, including moving and manually loading freight.
Perform order-filler duties as assigned.
Perform packer duties as assigned.
Be open to cross-training for multiple positions.
