About The Position

Average hourly rate is $22.89 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join their Texas Quality Management Center team. This role requires a strong eye for detail, enjoyment of working with documentation and data, and pride in ensuring standards are met. The ideal candidate is motivated by accuracy, timeliness, and supporting quality outcomes for children and families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in Texas child welfare strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to manage time-sensitive documentation workflows
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable reviewing technical, legal, and regulatory documents
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee placement documentation compliance, including Attachment A, Placement Summaries, Child Bill of Rights, and 2085 series documents
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly signed, and uploaded within required DFPS timeframes
  • Monitor data integrity within internal and external systems and address discrepancies
  • Lead internal quality monitoring efforts and coordinate follow-up and remediation across departments
  • Track deadlines, complete required reports, and support continuous compliance improvement
