About The Position

The Trade Compliance Records Specialist supports the organization and reindexing of import/export documentation. The primary responsibility is to accurately reindex trade compliance records so that documentation is properly organized and maintained. The role involves reviewing trade and transportation documents, identifying discrepancies or missing information, and performing computer-based data entry and document management. The position is fully onsite five days per week at the Skyview 8 location.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of trade and transportation documentation.
Familiarity with import/export records and related documentation processes.
Basic computer skills, including navigating systems and entering information accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented documentation tasks accurately.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
Availability to work onsite five days per week at the Skyview 8 location.

Nice To Haves
