About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Henrico, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company aims to help aging adults live life to the fullest and support its Care Family in purpose-driven work. Schedules can be built around caregivers and may include day, night, and weekend shifts. The role offers clinical support from the nursing team and ongoing paid in-service training.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
