About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers direct care to residents and patients in a health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home), following applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards. CNAs assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility while prioritizing residents’ well-being and preserving their dignity and independence. The employer welcomes candidates with prior long-term care experience as well as those with no experience, and supports career development and advancement. The role is offered at Emerald Ridge on a full-time, part-time, or PRN basis. Shift options include mornings, afternoons, and nights, with additional hours available by request. Employees can use a scheduling app to find and book open shifts or request additional hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification course.
