About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for recurring day or overnight shifts in the Mooresville area. The role provides personal care, household support, and companionship to adults in their homes, helping them remain safe and independent. The CNA follows a written plan of care established by a registered nurse and develops close relationships with clients while providing one-on-one care. Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Successful completion of a recognized CNA training course.
Certification to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

Follow a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.
Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist clients with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Travel to assigned clients’ homes.
