About The Position

Inspired Living is hiring a Caregiver/CNA for its Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge senior living community in St. Petersburg, Florida. Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where residents feel safe, respected, valued, and at home. The role includes assisting residents according to their service plans, communicating changes in their condition, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting the dining experience, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience is preferred/required.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for serving older adults.
Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
Comfortable using basic technology.

Nice To Haves

CNA or HHA certification preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
Build relationships with residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other community team members.
Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area welcoming and attractive.
Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
