About The Position

Inspired Living is hiring a Caregiver/CNA for its Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes senior living community in Bradenton, Florida. Care Partners provide personalized support with residents’ daily living, build relationships with residents and families, and help create a safe, respectful, welcoming community. The position involves assisting with activities of daily living according to each resident’s service plan, supporting individual needs and preferences, and helping residents maintain their dignity. Care Partners also assist with meals and dining-area upkeep, document care, communicate changes in residents’ conditions, and collaborate with the community team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of caregiving or similar experience; described as preferred/required in the posting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Genuine passion for serving older adults.
Dependable, compassionate, and prepared to work as part of a team.
Comfort using basic technology.

Nice To Haves

CNA or HHA certification preferred.
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident’s service plan.
Build relationships with residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
Observe and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
Work with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other community team members.
Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and maintaining an attractive dining area.
Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
