CNA or Certified Home Health Aide: Weekly Pay! W-2
About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one private-duty home care to seniors in Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time and PRN opportunities, with flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs. Recurring weekly assignments may be available, as well as opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Care may include helping clients with morning routines, bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments or errands. Caregivers also provide patient, compassionate support to seniors experiencing Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. The position pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour, with weekly pay and W-2 employment. The posting notes that personal liability insurance is not required. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes; the report may include civil and criminal history, driving records, birth records, and other public records.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months.
- Required caregiver training: 2-hour Alzheimer's, 1-hour HIV/AIDS, and 2-hour medication assistance.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
