Certified HHA / CNA – WEEKLY PAY! W-2
About The Position
Concierge Care is recruiting Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one home care for seniors in Ocala, Florida. The role offers W-2 employment with weekly pay of $18–$22 per hour and PRN or part-time opportunities. Recurring client schedules may be available, with additional hours possible as client needs arise. Shifts may be available on weekdays and weekends, depending on client needs. Care is provided in clients’ homes rather than in a facility. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. The review may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and other public records. Requirements
- An active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- A valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- A Social Security card.
- A health statement completed within the past six months.
- Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Provide companionship and daily living assistance.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with errands and transportation when needed.
- Support seniors living with Alzheimer's or dementia.
