About The Position

Concierge Care is recruiting Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care to seniors in Ocala, Florida. The role offers W-2 employment with PRN and part-time opportunities, recurring client schedules when available, flexible scheduling, and potential additional hours as client needs arise. Care is provided in clients’ homes rather than in a facility. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly. Weekday and weekend shifts are available based on client needs.

Applicants must hold an active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school and meet the listed screening, training, and documentation requirements. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security card.
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months.
• Required Florida caregiver continuing education units (CEUs) and training.
• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
• Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation when needed.
• Support seniors living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
