About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one private-duty care to seniors in Orange Park, Florida, and surrounding communities. The role is intended for dependable caregivers interested in flexible schedules, recurring client assignments when available, and opportunities for additional local assignments as client needs develop. Pay is $18.00–$22.00 per hour, paid weekly, as W-2 employment. No personal liability insurance is required. The position is PRN and part-time, with weekday and weekend shifts based on client needs. Caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by assisting with personal care, daily activities, mobility, meals, medication reminders, transportation, errands, and Alzheimer's and dementia care support. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months.
- Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Provide companionship and support with daily activities.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
- Support clients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
